2018 TEAM 20 AND ELITE PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS
To become a member of the Team 20 & Elite Program, an associate must meet the below hurdles in any one month of the program period (December 1, 2017 – November 30, 2018) and maintain a minimum average CSI score for the program period. If an associate meets these qualifications in three or more months they may qualify to attend the Presidential Dinner.
Team 20
To become a Team 20 member, Sales Associates must sell at least 20 new and/or pre-owned vehicles during any one month of the year.
Finance Elite
To become a Finance Elite member, F&I Managers must meet the minimum threshold of finalized F&I deals and maintain a minimum average income per vehicle retailed in any one month of the program year. The associate will be automatically elevated to Presidential Gold Level if he or she generates more than $1,200,000 in total finance income during the program period.
Service Elite
To become a Service Elite member, Assistant Service Managers must meet the minimum hurdle of 850 hours during any one month of the year.
Body Shop Elite
To become a Body Shop Elite member, Estimators must meet the minimum hurdle of 1,600 hours during any one month of the year.
Technician Elite – Mechanical
To become a Mechanical Technician Elite member, Technicians must meet the minimum hurdle of 275 flag hours during any one month of the year.
Technician Elite – Body Shop
To become a Body Shop Technician Elite member, Technicians must meet the minimum hurdle of payroll hours based on their position during any one month of the year.

This special achievement honors the best of the best. Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners are recognized each year.
Platinum Award

The top 2% of associates in each eligible position who meet or exceed their hurdle in the greatest number of months of the program year receive the Platinum Award.
Gold Award
Associates who meet or surpass their hurdle in any nine or more months of the program year receive the Gold Award.
Silver Award
Associates who meet or surpass their hurdle in any six to eight months of the program year receive the Silver Award.
Bronze Award
Associates who meet or surpass their hurdle in any three to five months of the program year receive the Bronze Award.
