Hardest Charger Award
Associates who meet or surpass their hurdle in one month within the program year and meet their respective CSI hurdle earn Team 20 and Elite status.

The Hardest Charger Award is presented to one Sales Associate at each dealership who achieves the greatest improvement in the areas of unit sales, CSI, and attitude.
- Service
The Hardest Charger Award is presented to one Assistant Service Manager at each dealership who achieves the greatest improvement in the areas of hours written, CSI, and attitude.
- Service Technician
The Hardest Charger Award is presented to one Service Mechanical Technician at each collision center who achieves the greatest improvement in the areas of flag hours and attitude.
- Body Shop Estimator
The Hardest Charger Award is presented to one Estimator at each dealership who achieves the greatest improvement in the areas of hours written, CSI, and attitude.
- Body Shop Technician
The Hardest Charger Award is presented to one Body Shop Techinician at each dealership who achieves the greatest improvement in the areas of payroll hours and attitude.
Rookie of the Year Award
Awarded to one winner for each performance role (Sales, Service, and Body Shop Estimator) in the Sewell Organization.
Newcomer of the Year Award
Awarded to one winner for each performance role (Sales, Service, and Body Shop Estimator) in the Sewell Organization.
Jerry Griffin Award
Awarded to one Sales Associate in the Sewell organization who sells the highest number of vehicles for the year.
Curley Crawford Award
Awarded to one Assistant Service Manager and one Service Technician in the Sewell organization.
Retail Sales Award
The Retail Sales Award is presented to Sales Associates who sell 180 or more vehicles during the program year and do not achieve Team Twenty status.
