Based on the belief that leadership and performance are crucial to our success, in 1988 we began recognizing Sales Associates who achieved the highest levels of performance. Over the years, the program expanded to include Technicians, Assistant Service Managers, and Body Shop Estimators.
Associates who meet or surpass their hurdle in any three months within the program year and meet their respective CSI hurdle earn the Presidential Award.
Bronze
Associates who meet or surpass the Team 20 or Elite hurdle in any three to five months of the program year achieve Bronze Presidential status.
Silver
Associates who meet or surpass the Team 20 or Elite hurdle in any six to eight months of the program year achieve Silver Presidential status.
Gold
Associates who meet or surpass the Team 20 or Elite hurdle in any nine or more months of the program year achieve Gold Presidential status.
Platinum
The top two percent of associates, those who are at the very top performance level.
Team 20 and Elite Award
Associates who meet or surpass their hurdle in one month within the program year and meet their respective CSI hurdle earn Team 20 and Elite status.
Sales
To become a Team 20 member, a Sales Associate must sell 20 or more new and/or pre-owned vehicles during any one month of the year.
Service
To become a Service Elite member, an Assistant Service Manager must meet or exceed the customer pay and warranty hours hurdle during any one month of the year.
Service Technician
To become a Technician Elite member, a Technician must meet or exceed the flag hours hurdle during any one month of the year.
Body Shop Estimator
To become a Body Shop Elite Estimator, an Estimator must meet or exceed the hours hurdle during any one month of the year.
Body Shop Technician
To become a Body Shop Elite Technician, a Technician must meet or exceed the payroll hours hurdle during any one month of the year.
