Our ten- to twelve-week program will give you hands-on experience working with our associates and customers and learning the “why” behind what we do. In addition to spending valuable time learning at the store, interns participate in numerous off-site group events throughout the summer, including a kickoff event, a regional social event, and a capstone retreat at Rough Creek Lodge to complete the program.
